Shemsana is a brand of AR-Seracılık Tarım A.Ş., a producer of dried fruit in Mersin, Türkiye. AR-Seracılık Tarım A.Ş. is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

• Contact and quote forms: name, company, e-mail, phone, your message, and the product, quantity and drying method you choose in the quote form. We also record the page you sent the form from, your language and the time.
• Direct contact: what you share when you reach us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. WhatsApp links open Meta's service, and that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time for a short period to run and secure the service.
• No analytics or advertising tools: we do not track visitors, build profiles or use advertising tools on this website.

• To answer your request and prepare quotes and samples (steps before a contract).
• To keep the website and forms secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
• To meet our legal obligations.
• For visitors in the European Union these correspond to Article 6(1)(b), (f) and (c) GDPR.

We share your data only with providers working on our behalf, and only as far as needed:

• Supabase: the database that stores form requests (servers in Switzerland).
• Netlify: website hosting and content delivery.
• The e-mail service that delivers our form notifications.
• Google: the map on the contact page (it loads when you open that page).
• Competent public authorities when the law requires it.

Some of our providers operate outside Türkiye (Switzerland, the European Union and the United States). These transfers rely on safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK and Chapter V of the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We keep form requests until your request is completed and while our business relationship continues, and delete or anonymise them at the latest two years after our last contact. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for the legal period.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Send your request to info@shemsana.com.tr. The website only works over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Form requests can be viewed only by authorised Company staff, and database access is restricted by row-level permission rules.

Our website is aimed at businesses and is not designed for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date.
