• Identity and contact details: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Request details: the subject and message of the contact form; the product, quantity and drying method you choose in the quote form.
• Security data: the page you sent the form from, your language and the time it was sent; IP address and browser information in our hosting provider's server logs.

• Answering your request and handling quotes and samples.
• Contacting you to establish and maintain a business relationship.
• Keeping the website and our information secure and preventing misuse of the forms.
• Meeting our legal obligations and protecting our rights in a dispute.

We collect your data electronically when you fill in the forms on our website or contact us directly by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

We process it on the legal grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and for our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

Only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary, your data may be transferred to the providers that host our website and database (as data processors), to the e-mail service that delivers our form notifications, and to competent public authorities when they request it.

Some of our providers' servers are outside Türkiye (Switzerland, the European Union and the United States). These transfers follow the procedures and safeguards of Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We keep your data until your request is completed and while our business relationship continues, and delete, destroy or anonymise it at the latest two years after our last contact. Records that the law requires us to keep (such as commercial books and documents) are kept for the period the law sets.

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose.
• To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred.
• To ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected.
• To ask for the data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK.
• To ask for corrections, deletions and destructions to be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
• To object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of the data.
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, send your request in writing to our address together with information that identifies you, or e-mail it to info@shemsana.com.tr from an e-mail address we have on record for you.

We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
